Experiencia negativa: Horrible communication. Upper management (in Pittsburgh) is the main problem. Turn over rate becomes so excessive because the upper management doesn't vet applications properly.

Experiencia negativa: Staffed by diaper wearing geriatrics. If you need a warm body, fine, but in a pinch or emergency they might make that 911 call, forget any physical presence. Would not recommend for physical patrolling. I don't believe the staff receive any formal training.
