Well, thanks to them I learned it was a "catfishing" scam. Believe me, nobody wants to have to hear bad news, but I rather be alive, well and money not stolen. When Kristin called me she reassured me that " it is not your fault & your beautiful inside and out". She told me nothing could be found on this guy. She was barely 14 years old at the time of her mother's death. There was no father listed on her birth certificate. But over the years we had talked about him. He is a full blood Navajo. I am very Caucasian. I took what information i had and tried for 3 years to locate him to no avail. I finally saw an advertisement for Spygirl.
