Experiencia negativa: Yo, if you're thinkin' about hirin' UPA Security, let me save you the trouble and tell you to STAY as far away as possible. These so-called "security professionals" are the biggest joke l've ever seen. I was wrongfully accused by two of their clowns, Jerry and Josh. First off, these two dudes had no clue what they were doin'. They were more interested in flexin' their authority than actually doin' their jobs. They accused me of somethin' I didn't do, and when I tried to explain, they just brushed me off like I was nothin'. It was clear from the start that they had already made up their minds about me. Their lack of communication skills was laughable. They couldn't even articulate what the issue was, just kept talkin' in circles and makin' baseless accusations. It was like dealin' with a couple of bumbling idiots who had no idea what they were doin'. They were more interested in makin' themselves look good than actually resolvin' the situation. In conclusion, stay away from UPA Security. They are unprofessional, biased, and downright incompetent. There are plenty of better security companies out there that actually know what they're doin'.

Experiencia negativa: These people are unhinged, from the bottom to the top. I pray for those who have to interact with these folks in any manner, and im not talking about causing them trouble. As the security guards, and management are consistently disappointing. What a mess.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service. The guards at my apartment building are always kind and take our personal safety seriously. Drug using in our building has been eliminated, it used to be all the hallways smelled like smoke, but now it's back safe for the children to play in the building especially when they are here. Thank you UPA
