It’s been almost a year at this point that he took my money for spy phone services and will not return it. After I posted a bad review, he started ignoring me. When I called him and finally got him on the phone, he said if I remove the bad posting, he will give my money this month. HE WANTS ME TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH FOR MY REFUND. He keeps lying and has been stringing me along for 10 months. DO NOT CASH APP ALEX. DO NOT SEND FRIEND/ FAM PAYPAL PAYMENTS. DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH. DO NOT APPLE PAY! He will sell you faulty stuff and not return your money for it. If you write a bad review, he will post ten fake good reviews from fake accounts. Believe people when they tell you write negative reviews. He is a scam artist.

Experiencia negativa: I gave him almost $4000 to break into a cell phone. He took 5 months stringing me along and telling me that he was going to be able to do it. Every month I'd reach out for an update and every month he would have an excuse. I finally just asked for a refund. He keeps making excuses for why he can't give me my refund. I gave him money in March and it's now the end of December. All that time. All excuses. Still waiting on my refund. But after reading all the reviews, it's clear that I won't get one. I threatened to take him to court, and he didn't seem to care at all. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ALEX the owner. Please don't believe him when he says he only takes cashapp or cash or friends and family paypal. These are all methods that don't allow you to get your money back when he scams you. I went to him desperate to get into my cheating dudes cell phone and he took advantage of me. He said he could break into it and lied. Please, don't believe him.

Sales guy named Alex, was very helpful, very rare I find sales people who know their product that well, he gave me very good deal and 3 years warranty without any extra cost on all the products I purchased. Would recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Bought 12 cameras for my Japanese restaurant from them, these guys did wonderful job, that's the reason I'm writing this review since I promised them that if they do good job, i will leave good review, so they did, Antony was very professional installer and made sure that I get it the way I wanted and no wires are hanging, very clean. The sale guy Ale gave me very good deal, since I almost got ripped off by the other place down town, they tried to charge me twice as much as these guys did at philly spy shop, very good people, good prices and deal, will do business again.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased a 6 camera unit with a dvr 1st it cost me well over $3000 to install that really wasn't the problem I have had this unit 4 a little over 3 yrs had nothing but problems mind u everything was supposed to be under warranty but yet I had 2 but 2 new dvrs because they broke buy 2 new cameras because they broke all witch cost me another $2000 on top of what I have already paid it's a hassle to get them to come fix things once again a camera broke not to mention I paid to be able to see my cameras on my phone but that is a problem also what's the point of having cameras if u can't view them when ur away well Supposedly I can pay 4 it but when they can't make it happen somehow it's ur fault well ther supposed to come out 2maro 4 the 7th time cause once again have another issue and thought I have warranty on everything I'm sure it will cost me hundreds 2 fix yet again I'm assuming all the 5 stars r friends of the business n not actual costumers cause I don't see how any1 else is getting treated better than me n I bought and had them install but since then it's been costing me ever since nice little setup they got going on over ther so be dumb like me n buy from their hopefully u got deep pockets to not get what u pay for hope this helps atleat 1 person
