Experiencia negativa: Horrible service at the port. I was held up exactly 3 hours while they escorted dozens of trucks in ahead of me cause they were going to a different location that closes sooner. On site supervisor was useless. It was 4pm When they finally took me in. The men receiving my delivery were very upset being so close to closing time. By the time we parted ways this company's mishandling resulted in a lot of unnecessary tension.

Experiencia negativa: They website say they open up at 8:30am then you get a answering service guy who keeps saying call back on a few mins. Then when i called back no one is available. How can anyone say that this place is good when i cant get through. Im done

Experiencia negativa: This company by far is very unprofessional how they let a secretary hire and fire in the front lobby, she plays with her hair and calls you up to the desk expecting you too hand over licenses and resumes, I told her to wash her hands first, she was offended by that, number one rule be clean not nasty!

Experiencia negativa: Employees are just sad. Mall/flea market/retail mentality security guards playing port security. Watched a woman working for G4S at Crowley Jaxport spend 20+ minutes on her phone walk from Crowley, across 4 lane truck route, rudely spoke to the waitress at Portside Grill getting her takeout order because that phone call was more important then walked across Tallyrand again with the phone attached to her ear. Absolutely sad. I stood next to her at the drink machine and definitely not a work call. Does G4S pay enough for them to pay for their own hands free stuff?
