Experiencia negativa: I called ahead to specify that they would do fingerprints for my medical license out of state. I was assured multiple times over the phone that they would do it because I know that not every servicer offers it. Get there for my appointment, and they tell me they can't do it, and that they are sorry because they don't always "control who answers the phone or what they say." Safe to say, I won't ever be going back.

The office is modern, the technology is state of the art, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Experiencia fantástica: I got my fingerprints taken as a new requirement for my medical license a couple weeks ago. I was in and out in 5 mins and didnt think anything of it again. Today my husband and I went to Accurate Biometrics to get him fingerprinted for his conceal carry license and what a difference in experience. There was a very uninviting vibe, the staff members were rude, and they refused to explain the application process to my husband after asking several times. I called Kentech and the person who answered explained the entire process and actually broke it down into specifics for my husband. Fingerprinting isn't a common or consecutive service people need so I never thought to recommend someone for it, but seeing the difference in service, I recommend getting your prints at Kentech over Accurate Biometrics. The office environment is much more accepting and the girl my husband and I spoke with today really went out of her way to help us and she deserve to be recognized for it.
