Experiencia negativa: I hired Ryan to help find my son in Mexico this past October 2024. I don't understand how these reviews are real or made-up by staff. Ryan took my money and gave me false information that I can provide. He wasted 1 full valuable month of us helping to find my son. Once I knew I wasn't getting any details or calls with information I moved onto a very creditable REAL PI. If my son was not found when he was, he would not be here today. Please do not put your child's hands into someone that only sees money and not a human being. I'm not one for writing reviews but people need to know about this man.

Experiencia negativa: 2 years later. STILL A FRAUD is the first thing that comes to mind regarding Pantera Investigations. I paid Ryan Eisenberg 5,000.00 for a very dear and personal issue. Since Jan of 22, he has produced ZERO even though he promised a three month turnaround. It is next to impossible getting a hold of him or anyone. In my opinion, this company hides behind 'stellar' reviews to hide obvious total incompetence, unprofessional and outright fraud. I am in the process of getting a hold of him or anyone who will listen to my plead to either produce one single shred of evidence that they have done anything on my case or just get my money back (good luck to me).
