No real investigation, no results, and no meaningful updates. I truly feel like my money was wasted and I was taken advantage of during a very difficult situation. Based on my experience, I do not trust this company and do not recommend working with them.

I could not be more satisfied with both the price and service. Dan responded back immediately when contacted which was great. 6 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I've been accused of cheating for the last 20 years and i couldnt take it anymore. So i googled polygraph testing and discovered American Eagle. Im glad i called because they proved ive been faithful for the entire 20 years.

He was clairvoyant on everything that he was doing and gave updated reports at all times so there was never a need to follow up. 9 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I've worked with Dan multiple times on an ongoing issue, and have always been impressed by his level of service and professionalism. He does what it takes to get the job done, and isn't just after his payment - he takes genuine interest/concern in helping one solve their problem. I continue to work with Dan because I trust him.
9 years ago Experiencia negativa: I hired Dan to figure out who was the owner of an eCommerce website that was infringing on our rights. Dan asked for some leads which we provided and he then concluded that the leads were not related to my case. When i asked who the real owner was he admitted that he has no way of finding out. Yet Dan felt that my money was good enough for him even when he knew there was no way he can solve the investigation,. Daniel's work is fraud. there is no honor in the work he does. Please consider someone else for your job. he won't deliver and he won't refund you. Daniel if i may, THe people coming to you are hurting for some reason or other. They pay you to help resolve the issue that's causing them distress, yet you choose to add to that distress. Dan how do you sleep at night?

9 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I had an issue with someone defacing my property with obscenity and the police were no help, so I decided to go this route. Dan answered my call and was available right away, he handled it professionally and I was able to resolve it quite easily with the evidence he provided. Dan made the process easy and I would highly recommend him.

9 years ago Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience here and went to another PI firm that told me - in a very professional way - that basically American Eagle is really good at self-promotion. Dan isn't good at investigation, just knowing how to sell himself. Scroll down on this very page and you'll see the same rehearsed response to every negative review, where AE doesn't account for what might have gone wrong but just repackages the same tired old speech about how they couldn't possibly know what the reviewer is referring to. Smart, I guess. Dan knows how to sell the package. Doesn't make it a good package.
