Sent the documents and the request was completed on the same day. Understanding California's completely different CCP Codes (than Oklahoma's) were received, understood and implemented. Customer service was perfect for my needs. Quick responses, even outside of business hours, helped tremendously with the time difference. My one and only desire was that status would had been received the same day of completion, rather than 2 business days later. However, status was received and I am grateful. It's hard to find process servers you can trust to do a job well done if you have not worked with them before. Experiencia negativa: I hired them to watch my girlfriend staying at an OK hotel. They completely screwed up - watching the wrong people and watching the wrong hotel rooms. They made bold statements about what they were seeing but I was able to verify that what they reported could not possibly be accurate. Then, when they were confronted with their errors, they simply refused to acknowledge their incompetence and brushed me off. Totally unprofessional in my opinion.

Never heard from them again. Took my money & did nothing other then present an attitude. I'm not a local customer & believe it is highly likely this was a factor. My case got dismissed since they scold you when you communicate & you only have 2 month to serve papers. They admitted they never even attempted service & forgot about me. At this point I have yet to receive a refund & got a $2700 case dismissed for choosing the wrong process server. SUCKS
