She responded quickly to my first request. I also did a free 15 minute call with her, which I pre-scheduled right after sending my email. Their website provides you that option. Yadira listened attenivelly to what I was looking for. After our conversation, and agreement on they would get what I needed, she sent me a contract in the mail. The contract brings basic information on the service requested, name and contact information of who is hiring the services. The contract must be signed and a form of payment must be selected. After collecting the payment, Yadira mentioned I would have the background report within 24 hours. For my surprise, she provided the report within a few hours. . She kept commnication with me via text message informing about an email she sent and confirming if had received such information. I found very important that their communication was onpoint and quick. I believe that when we have an urgent matter, we need quick, atentive and accurate communication to find the responses and solutions we expect the most. I think the Valdes Investigation Group, in a person of Ms. Yadira delivered, therefore I do recommend their services. I am very thankful.

Importantly, they arranged for him to have a meal, get a prepaid cell phone, and a warm hotel room until his parents could fly to Miami and pick him up.
