Dude drilled me like a was a criminal, after I filled my paperwork for court and received it, I contacted Craig as discussed prior to hire his service to serve defendant, Craig starts off conversation talking about referring me someone not using him to save $50, then I say for $125 im fine with that, then he tells me well you stated your a big baller in previous conversation and says hes from new York and people in New York would just pay the $125 as I was trying to do, he ends the conversation saying hes going to give a referral and hangs up the phone on me and never gives a referral. I would not do business with this company, rude and not follow though with the deal, takes all the money for then refuses to do what he said he would do after I get my court paperwork, cant trust anything he says

Experiencia negativa: Called and talked to Tori. Was a pleasant experience. She transferred me to Craig which was someone who doesn’t listen and details are important in an investigation. He was confused by what my intentions are. I wanted to calmly approach the scammer and see if he understood the harm he was causing and maybe help him understand verbally. Apparently Craig took this as a physical beating or something other than what I described. What I’d like to do verses what my intentions are are two totally different things and he couldn’t get that through his head apparently. First off “Craig” I’m not a violent person. Second off “Craig” as a Christian the idea is to help people understand the hurt and pain they cause in this world and not by beating them but helping them understand. Third “Craig” I have friends in the FFTF that handle the dirty work. Your ASSumptions of my intentions were cast on the conversation by YOUR OWN perception not mine. Giving a person the opportunity to correct what they’ve done before the sky falls on them is called redemption. Perhaps you’ve heard of that? Or redeeming themselves. Your assumptions were way out in left field and off the wall. Clearly you only wanted to hear yourself talk and only your perception. I have a number of actual people involved as far as law enforcement in the background including the FBI. I thought being a PI you could help me move things along a little faster with gaining important info I could pass on. Clearly you’re perception fogs the reality of what I was trying to accomplish. Also, you’re more than welcome to call all the other PI’s in Denver and give them your perception of things because if they operate close minded I really don’t care to use them. ****ONE STAR*** wouldn’t recommend due to lack of comprehending and only operating on their belief. I am a practicing Christian/Evangelist gifted man and maybe looking up what we do for the culture would shed some light on your ignorance of my intention. Just a thought.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had to hire a number of investigators as a defense attorney here in Colorado Springs and absolutely none of them compare to Craig. Other investigators will do the bare minimum, take days or weeks to get back to you, and sometimes fail to deliver at all. Craig is completely opposite. His turnaround time is the fastest I’ve ever seen and his reports are incredibly detailed. Just last week I asked him to find a witness for me and within an hour of me asking Craig had already given me the exact location of the individual as well as some very helpful information that makes my case even stronger, and it was something I didn’t ask for! Got what I paid for -- very little. Then I contacted Brightstar Investigations. They are the real deal. They performed the real background and criminal records check I needed. They did it thoroughly and promptly. Cost a few more bucks than the "cheap" ones available on the internet, but Brightstar's work was very thorough. It was well worth the investment as their report provided very useful information. Spending a few extra bucks on a real background check probably saved me thousands of dollars in the long run! Experiencia fantástica: One of my three sons who is now 38 relapsed following the funeral of his older brother here in Asheville, NC (cancer). This formerly addicted son had been clean four years and had built a life for himself in San Diego. Some months after relapsing, he left his wife and according to her headed to Colorado Springs. He called us a month later and told us he had made a new home in the Springs, had a job and was happy there. For three months he stayed in contact with us, but then ceased all communication: no return messages to our emails, phone disconnected, and snail mail returned. My husband and I used every resource we could think of making calls and sending emails to a mobile home park, a place of employment, missing person agencies and the police. Then a high school acquaintance of my son who lives in the Springs did some searching as well. Nothing turned up. I prayed and looked up Colorado PI agencies online.
