Experiencia negativa: This is not a legit investigation company in Jacksonville. All Jim does is check on a computer to see if he can get information which anyone can do. He also does not answer his phone after he furnishes the info he gets off the computer. I drove to Jacksonville Fl. only to meet with Jim Wojnar and paid him $150.00 to locate a person for me. Got one response of a phone number which I had furnished and that the person I was looking for was not incarcerated. After getting the information from Jim I called and got no answer and he didn't return my call.

Experiencia negativa: I had to keep reaching out for an update and once service was completed, I got the same information that was available on Google which was two disconnected phone numbers that didn’t belong to the person I was looking for.

Experiencia fantástica: Joe Johnson got back with me quickly when I sent my request. He was courteous and professional. I realized before I started that the information I sought was more than anything a $29.95 DIY search would turn up, so I turned to a professional. He spent a bit of time searching various databases and kept me informed about what he wasn't finding, which was as enlightening as if he had found tons of information. Either I have a scammer or I have been given the wrong information to start the search with. In any case, he was perfectly frank with me about the limitations of the search since it involved someone who may need to be searched internationally. In the end, he refunded 50% of the fee since he was not able to find ANY information about this person. If this person is legit, I should be able to get a Government-issued ID, then we'll resume the process. If not, it will be clear it's a scam. Either way, A1A's fee is a very small investment to figure something like this out. I'll definitely use them again.

Experiencia negativa: Called them yesterday and spoke to an investor for about half an hour. Got hung up on. Tried to call back and left message and never heard back from him. It's a real shame they didn't want to work with me. I am a millionaire and would have paid TOP DOLLAR for their services!! I'm sure I can find a reputable private investigator in Jacksonville. A real shame!!!
