Negative experience: I paid 1200 and never met anyone. No contract. No proof of work done. No report of activity. Other than the dissatisfaction of zero results, I found this business needs better communication as to what can be expected. I thought I would see the background check. I thought I would be told what the investigator did. No hour log, activity log. No proof at all that anything what done at all. Complained and still received nothing, get something in writing before you pay!!
