Negative experience: Have tried calling a few times to verify their hours. Drove here on a Saturday based on their Google hours (which have since been updated) and they were closed. Drove there today based on their Google hours saying open til 4 and again closed.

Fantastic experience: Nelson, one of the special process servers, went above and beyond to serve a defendant in a case we had. I cannot recommend him enough. He was flexible, dedicated and professional. I have used other special process servers, and I struggled to get service, but Nelson was able to do it on the first attempt. He has a bodycam, does everything by the book and is extremely punctual when you give him tips on defendants' availability. Do yourself a favor and hire this company!
