Negative experience: Someone from this company stole hundreds of dollars worth of tools, climbing rope and harness from my 2016 Colorado before sending it off to auction after saying it would be put on hold. I have pictures from the auction company of when they received the vehicle with the back seat up where I had everything stored and everything empty. Do you due diligence when dealing with this company. Owner or manager feel free to reach out because I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone since you relocated shops.

Negative experience: This company is a joke and very unprofessional ! We had a vehicle stolen at a bodyshop that we dropped to have it repaired, seems like the title was inside the car so the owner of the bodyshop sold it under us, with a fleet of 50 cars is hard to keep up with it so we got a duplicate title when DMV SLC UT inform us this people that bought the car from the bodyshop try to get a title and we find out the car was missing as well the title. We send this REPO COMPANY to REPOSSESSED the vehicle and the Idiot that repossessed the car gave it back to the customers cuz the Title DIDNT HAVE A LIEN HOLDER ON and still he said that it didn't make sense !! Besides talking trash about me and my business with the ppl that stole my car !!! OF COURSE IT WOULDN'T HAVE A LIEN HOLDER BECAUSE WE NEVER SOLD THE CAR IDIOT!!! THATS WHY I SENT YOU TO REPOSSESSED A STOLEN CAR THAT IS HIDDING NOW JUST CUZ YOU GAVE THE CAR BACK !!! Now we filed a Police Report that the car has been stolen and we are trying to recover it AGAIN ... ALL OF THIS MESS FOR THIS IDIOTS THAT DONT KNOW HOW THE GET A TASK DONE CORRECTLY and he claims he has been in business 40 YEARS !!!! omg what a incompetent people ! You should be selling burgers or working at MC Donals, cuz clearly you don't know how go get the JOB DONE ! Thanks for giving US A HUGE HEADACHE SIR

Negative experience: They made me pay a lot just to get my personal stuff from my car!

Fantastic experience: My friend needed help having a car repossessed due to non-payment and I called and spoke to Chad. We filled out the paperwork online and he kept in touch that day. They found the car right away and brought it to us. From the time we called we had the car back in under 7 hours without damage and they even got the original key back, too! Great work!
