Negative experience: Not recommended at all paid we paid a significant amount of money and never did anything gave me exuses of having some family issues but as a customer should off at least refunded my money we couldn’t wait any longer after several texts and no response this says it all!BEWARE

I would like to add that in the contract of agreement that you read and signed states that there is no refund for the deposit/retainer. Fantastic experience: This was my first time needing a private investigator and I stumbled across L Rae Investigations I contacted her via phone and Ms Lindsay was very professional and polite. I needed her services for a upcoming trial and needed to get documentation, police video as well as transcripts. She provided me the price and let me know the time frame this information would be available. Lindsay communicated with me every step of the way and kept me updated as much as possible. When I received my information it was on time and Lindsay took the time to explain what exactly I was looking at and what exactly could help me moving forward with trial.
