Negative experience: They will harass you in the name of investigation . They lose track of what they ask and will keep coming to you with their new requirement . Won’t even complete their investigation in 6 months . Looks like they take this much time to show they have been working really hard . You need to be productive to show the same . DO NOT waste people’s time . Working with you is no less than harassment. Incompetent and useless staff

Fantastic experience: Just a brief note of thanks for offering such a great service. We used it for the first time about a month ago and it was a relief how easy it was to accomplish the clearance check. You all took care of everything seamlessly. It was an international check from AU so a little more complex and you all navigated 100% of all the moving parts with all the additional forms needed. I just received our first bill – even making a payment was a breeze by offering an option to have us pay directly through our bank account. I’ve been approached by a couple of companies in the past offering a competitive service – and after having gone through demos with them – I can tell you that their service does not compare to Cluso’s. Other services make this much more challenging for the company and more hands on. Most people like myself wear many hats and so having such an important function run so easily for us with minimal effort on our part – is a tremendous help.
