Fantastic experience: Ben Lopez was quick and efficient. I called him on Saturday 8/8/2020 to inquire about rates and finding a missing family member in the city of Chicago. Within an hour, he had sent me a contract and had assured my grandmother and I that he was on the case. By the end of the day, he had updated us with information about possible locations of the family member. On Monday, he confirmed their location, met with him, and got us in contact with him. He has been truly helpful in reuniting my family and we are eternally appreciative of his services. He was very honest and involved, sent everything in writing, and really tailored his services to our needs. Hopefully we don't have to use him again but now I know who to go to if I have to.
