Same Day Process

Fantastic experience: Thank you SDPS! The price was reasonable, online order process was easy, and they got the job done before my deadline despite having the business that was supposed to be served give their process server the runaround. Brandon seems to really care about his clients.

Negative experience: They were nice over email and very responsive! However, my online form was clearly not read. Defendant not served!!! The affidavit from this company simply shows the server doing the same thing the sheriff already did. My online request form stated defendant is evading service, stale-out required, person who answers says he doesn’t live there but he does. Provided pics of defendant and pics of car. Sheriff already knocked on door and spoke to the other tenant. Had no idea $145 would get me the same free service I received from the sheriff. I definitely was disappointed. I think the website means they can serve anyone if they stake out the place; well in that case anyone can do that or perhaps the $95-$145 fee is best if the defendant doesn’t know about the case yet. But in my case I noted the defendant was evading service so perhaps the company should have recommended options for me. My form stated I needed stakeout services so the company should have inquired more because I assumed if I check these things more effort will be made to serve the person. That’s not the case. The server doing exactly what the sheriff did only makes serving the person more difficult because they now know I’m using a process server and now on the look out even more. Just disappointed. Before issuing payment really ask questions about the process to ensure you are receiving more than what the sheriff provides. If you check certain boxes don’t assume the company is making additional efforts, they aren’t. It’s actually $75 a hour to stakeout which should have been discussed prior because the $145 I paid was almost the amount of 2 hour stakeout service which probably would have gotten the defendant served. Had I known this, I would have just paid that first. Don’t tell me after the fact.

Fantastic experience: I am an attorney that needed a party served on behalf of a client. I was having a very difficult time locating the party on my own, so I googled process servers in the Baltimore Maryland area. First things first, the team at Samedayprocess are SUPERB at what they do. On the initial call I was given particular expectations and a detailed time line of the service they would provide. A few days later I received a detailed description of their first attempt at service and then two days after that I received their update stating service was successful which included a gps tagged photo of the property where they found and served the party. Brandon is great! He takes his time, explains the process and made me feel reassured as a customer that he would be successful in his service. His colleague Mike is also great to do business with and was very accommodating to a few request I made. Cora is so professional, courteous and detailed, and in my line of work details are critical. Samedayprocess is the company of choice when you are in need of a process server.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Same Day Process owed by Brandon Snesko. I had less than 24 hrs hours to have someone served. Not only was it a Friday afternoon, I had until Saturday. Redoing the process over wasn't a option . Brandon not only delivered what was promised but had a way of making you feel at ease. Along with receiving the email with the documents your also sent the orginal Affidavit in the mail. Not only will I recommend him to my friends, I would recommend any lawyer or Businesses that required his type of service . Thank you again Brandon for Everything!!!

Fantastic experience: Same Day Process has been helping me locate a past tenant. No luck so far but i like the company because of the quick responses and helping to explain the process. We're early in the process but i would recommend them to my friends.

Negative experience: Not impressed. If I could give zero stars, I would. They say they can serve the impossible. Well obviously not. I asked for a serving about 2 months ago. Never provided updates unless asked and I honestly haven't heard anything in over a month. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: These guys are Professionals from start to finish. Every time we needed to have someone served quickly these guys get it done on the same day we requested.
