Negative experience: I am screening potential private investigators to determine if their skill set, mentality, demeanor and approach are worthy of my business. I just called Pedro and by the third question he was interviewing me. By the fifth question he told me I was confusing him, that he couldn’t help me and hung up. Instead of establishing trust with a potential client by allowing them the space to ask simple questions about his experience and approach from different angles, he was argumentative, chose to interrupt, draw conclusions and pass judgement without understanding the full story. I am truly disappointed because his reviews are so high and I thought he could help. I do not recommend.
