Fantastic experience: So easy and fast! And great communication and updates. I originally submitted my documents, but afterwards quickly realized I needed to make a change first. I freaked out that the wrong documents would be served before I had a chance to make a correction (my fault of course) but their communication was great to let me know that they would serve when I am ready and made me feel more at ease. Fantastic experience: My law firm is from MD and we used them to serve someone who lives in Las Vegas. They served the papers only 1 day after we hired them. Amazing service, we were very pleased!

Negative experience: Waste of time and money! This guy is awful, bad communication and rude. I specifically asked on the phone before I paid them, if I could give them specific times when the person should be served because of their weird schedule- if they come at different time he simply would not be at home. Philip said sure no problem! After trying to serve him ONE TIME, communication went downhill. When he tells me he will do it on specific day and I give him specific time and he says “I’m going to let the server know’ – I was under the impression that he’s going to do it then. Silence. After reaching out to him, he says “he’s not working on my time and can’t just drop everything and go’. Ok, I though it was your job. Few more days goes by and nothing happens. Finally, I got enough and said I want my money back and I’ll do it myself if I have to check every day if it was done. He immediately threatened legal action and reporting me to the court if I try to cancel my payment! Seriously?! I paid for a service and didn’t’ receive it. *Update* Just when I though it could not get worse – surprise! It did. On Sunday I get an email from him saying that there was attempted delivery of the papers (me and the person I need the papers delivered to were AT HOME) and saying that it was unsuccessful because no one was present! AGAIN- WE WERE AT HOME!!!Nobody rang the doorbell or knocked. So he’s just straight lying now. Unbelievable! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

Fantastic experience: APS Nevada & Phil are fantastic - helpful, quick to reply & very fast. We had previously tried to serve someone via the sheriff's office (we are out-of-state) and failed.
