Negative experience: Re: Your disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Lol that's not even what happened! How unprofessional can you be? You start off our first call saying you only have 10 minutes. Red flag! I say I have a number of questions. You cut me off at every chance you get, talk over me. You give a price of $250 to run a name through your "database". Thanks I can use Google and online databases myself! You were rude, judgmental and condescending. I didn't say I would show up at anyone's house. I live in another state! You are unsympathetic in a child custody case and that very brief phone call was all I needed to know not to work with you! Hope you lose business. Look elsewhere in child custody cases! Sounds like a one man band with limited knowledge and resources. Gain some experience and class! Also if I was going to show up at someone's house in a threatening manner why would I be pursuing a supposed professional's assistance in LEGAL MATTERS? That makes so much sense! Wow.

Fantastic experience: I want to say that Ryan and his company was extremely helpful in my situation. I had my brother in-law try to steal a rental truck that we put in our name for him. Ryan helped me locate the truck within hours and kept in touch to make sure it was picked up. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: This private investigator (Ryan) honestly saved my life. I filed a protection order on a well-known person for domestic violence. Because this person knows the system, he was able to evade it for almost six weeks. Law enforcement and another PI went to extreme lengths to track him down (talked to his ex-wife, talked to his professional connections, went to his house over 40 times, etc.). After these attempts didn't work, I decided to try hiring Ryan. I called him in the morning. Ryan did a stakeout that night - he had to chase the perpetrator through the neighborhood, but he successfully delivered the protection order. He truly did the impossible. He also kept me updated the whole time and sent me video footage and a notarized affidavit the next day.
