Negative experience: At Greyhound (in Dallas), I had the worst security experience in my life. These guards were rude, aggressive and disrespectful. Do NOT let your grandparents or any seniors, as well as children, travel alone if this company is hired. They are not mindful of them and WILL kick them off the premise and void their ticket with NO refund, even if they don't have the authority to do that. They have no care for foreigners (non-english speakers) and will not even listen to them (they did this to my grandmother). Please avoid this ignorant and thoughtless company.
