Fantastic experience: I received an arrangement from this florist, and it is one of the most beautiful arrangements that I’ve received from a floral company. ALL of my flowers bloomed (including all the roses) and the color are phenomenal. Although this was a gift to me, I will order from this florist for my own needs in the future!

Negative experience: Do not use this florist! My Mother’s Day arrangement was delivered at 10:15pm. My daughter paid $200.00 for an arrangement that consisted of a few Lily stems, with buds that had not opened.

Covid got me so I Couldn't get to my daughter in Atlanta, who is expecting her first child, Ms Patrice delivered my daughter some holiday cheer with a beautiful bouquet of white roses and poinsettias. Negative experience: I paid $55, but these look like Walmart flowers that I could’ve to for $15. I’m embarrassed to give them as a gift. I wanted to support local business, but I wouldn’t order from them again in the future.

Negative experience: I just received Flowers from Lawson Flowers, 2664 Donald Lee Hollowell PKWY Atlanta, Georgia 30318 for my birthday today from my wonderful husband. I had to write a review because I would never let him know how sad these flowers look. My arrangement looks like its a day or two away from having to be thrown out and is fall colors of Orange and Yellow. Some of the pedals have already fallen off prior to me even receiving them. I know this inst what my husband had in mind when he spent money for my birthday. I haven't bothered to call to complain because it's so bad that Lawson's would even deliver these it shows a total lack of care regarding thier own work.

Negative experience: This has to be the worst florist in GA. Valentines is only 1[one] day a year and I would think they would consider that pretty special too since its probably the busiest time for a florists shop. With that said : 1. Rude lady called didn't identify herself and asked if it was a residence , said she had a delivery. 2. I get home -no delivery 3. I called back , another lady said she will look into it , took my number down and never returned my call. 4. I called back 2 hours later and asked about my "delivery" again , another lady said there's a lot of traffic , driver should be there by 7 pm. *OK , mind you these were supposed to be a surprise and its already Valentines EVENING. 5. The lady Calls back at 9 pm- stating the driver couldn't find it and she didn't call to get directions because her phone DIED??? What delivery driver doesn't own a charger? on top of which there was no apology , nothing.I asked her if she "knew that its Valentines Night?" explained to her how horrible this is and what is she going to do about it? she said : She will double the order and personally make sure it will be delivered THE NEXT DAY, by 12 . 6.[NEXT DAY] Finally the flowers arrive at 2:36 pm [The same driver , because I recognized the voice] , half the roses looked open/wilted , she included a bear that looked like it was picked up at the salvation army with strings randomly hanging off it , and a dollar store box of chocolates , 2 balloons and [as she claimed she would] did not double the flowers and still not one "apology" . Did I also mention they misspelled "Valentines" on the card ?
