Negative experience: I am writing this to bring awareness to an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional experience involving Isaac Ali, an investigator from CoventBridge Group who claimed to be working on behalf of Dairyland Insurance for an individual who does not live here. Isaac showed up at my home and questioned my 11-year-old daughter without any adult present. He did not leave when it was clear no adult was available, and instead proceeded to speak directly to a child — about matters related to an insurance claim. Let me be clear: this was unacceptable, unethical, and deeply concerning. Minor children should never be approached or questioned by private investigators under any circumstances without a parent present or express permission. I’ve filed a formal complaint with Dairyland and made it clear that further contact with my household is not permitted. I’m also in the process of reporting this to the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, which regulates private investigators. If this is how CoventBridge trains its investigators — or tolerates their conduct — I would caution others to be extremely careful when dealing with this company or allowing any of their agents near your home or family.

Negative experience: So last year 2024, my boyfriend was under investigation, this company was hired by his workers comp. At the time of the investigation this investigator who has his case was taken video of myself and my 13 old son leaving my house, getting in and out of my vehicle" reminder The boyfriend was not anywhere around! I do believe this is not okay and a violation videoing a minor without permission. This is my son. So with this being said I will he looking further into and seeing if I have a case. Thank you

Fantastic experience: My issue is still pending so can't discuss but so far I'm impressed with the service.

Negative experience: No one ever calls you back.

Negative experience: My husband’s truck was stolen from our driveway. The insurance company had “someone” come over to take a deposition, we never would have believed that they were sending a PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR to our HOME. This “PI” never identified herself as a PI, only that she was here to get information for the insurance company. This “PI” was in our home for approximately THREE HOURS getting the information for the insurance company. I do NOT believe that this “PI” ever turned over ANY of the information or documents that she took photos of to the insurance company. I have TRIED to text her information and EVERY SINGLE ITEM SAYS “NOT DELIVERED”. I have the correct number, I think that the entire visit was a SHAM.

Negative experience: They do not follow the law. They harass workers comp victims and exploit them as much as possible. They don't care about their own employees, they certainly don't care about yours!

Fantastic experience: I am rating the company a 5 star because I am working with Susan Thompson on a death claim of my father. Susan has been wonderful keeping me updated. But Susan has had lots of difficulty obtaining the medical records of my father from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Susan has been trying to get the records for to get the life insurance claim paid out. The VA has been very slow and has put stress on me and on Susan Thompson. My father passed away on June 6th and as of today December 14th, the VA still has put stress on me and both Susan to finalize the claim. The company gets a 5 star because of Susan Thompson's efforts. If you can get the Department of Veterans Affairs to give us the medical records to complete the claim. It's been 6 months and 8 days..no payout

Negative experience: Investigator will use his phone to call you but then won’t return your calls. Investigator, yes. PRIVATE investigator? NO

Negative experience: Very unprofessional will string you along til insurance company gives u non compliance after u done everything u were suppost to lack of communication if gina k is your investigator good luck

Negative experience: An investigator with Coventbridge came to my store twice. On the second visit she took original documents without permission. While in her "care" they where destroyed. We have not been paid the value of those documents. I have been told my her to stop communicating with her! This is otherwise known as stealing and vandalism. I have called the company multiple times. They cannot be bothered to deal with the matter.
