Fantastic experience: I just finished the OEIS Protection Training Course (Use of Force In Class Training). Instructor Paul Fields, did a great job of covering the material and making it relevant with anecdotes from his long career in the security field. Cody followed up with making sure everyone’s paperwork was buttoned-up and testing was low stress. Due to their methodology, I plan on taking the firearms training and follow-up courses at OEIS in the near future. I recommend OEIS for your security training needs. Good luck.

Negative experience: Was told i could get my livescan with them. Waited a month only to be told by the BSIS and Certifix that they never submitted a livescan for me. Customer service was a complete joke at OEIS and everyone kept saying they'd help asap. After 4 days of constantly reaching out to them and trying to stay informed, they told me they can do nothing. After certifix investigated the situation for me it turned out that OEIS was suspended from doing livescan by the DOJ the whole time. Awful experience. Do not go here.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE Service. I bought the $69.00 package from them. Didn't find out where there location was till after you already buy it. It was over 500 miles away. Then reached out for a refund they sent me one email per day trying to go around my request. Finally after 2 weeks of this the denied my refund saying it was in the policy. Don't book here for any guard card trainning program!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Paul Fields was extremely professional and knowledgeable during my live scan experience. He was very friendly and took the time to discuss the process with me in order to ensure that I understood what it entailed. His system is updated and processed immediately, which saves time and effort on customers' part. The facilities were clean, safe and I was processed quickly. I never would have guessed he was a director of security – his demeanor and level of service certainly impressed me! Knowing this, I wholeheartedly recommend their services for guard cards, CPR certification or private investigations as well as use of force, loss prevention and security training.
