We were Never married , just was living together. After we separated .when our son was about three years old. How ever our Son remain living with me . His mom play apart in his life as she please and feeling . So for the last 3-4 years I have been taking care of my son rising him all his doctors visit all school events etc... all on my own while I’m working as a licensed plumber. No help from his mother . on September 5 ,2024 his birthday was three days away . His mother ask to see him.despite she was nott in his life as she suppose to be . I think to my self it would be a great idea for our son to spend the weekend and half his birthday with his mom. then the other half day with me . Not knowing it would be , one of the worst day of my life . On arrival to pick up our son . I got to his mom house where she was living with her mother . I knock the door my son grandma (her mom)answer I ask for my son , she claim she don’t know where he’s at nor the where about of her daughter . Know she was lying . Crazy part me and her family had great relationships., we live in Louisiana. I Call and I call and I call until my our 7 year son answer and told me he’s in California and his mom in the background screaming he not coming back .i didn’t know what to do don’t. knowing her state of mine and run away with our son after she abandoned for month to years .I file for custody how ever . Since she ran away with him in California it was difficult to find and serve her . My lawyer inform me to hire private investigator. I try a few but I don’t like time fame that they responded and the way they was speaking ,I found them in the app indeed . So I went on the web. I run across Sunset blvd Investigation team . The Compassion ,the love and care they show me to ensure they will do the best to help me find my son and serve his mother. for our son return home . It was real difficult serving her.I think had to do it two times . One thing I CAN SAY Ms Heidi and her team WAS VERY compassionate to help a loving father find his son and bring him home ,then worry charging me extra money or play game since I was in different state . They are fear and reasonable and work with me , check on me . Reinsure that they be there helping until the end . They listen to me never try to rush me off the phone . Next month would be a one year I haven’t see my son . But with the grace of God , the care and love for my child force drive . And the Great Job of Sunset blvd investigation team did . Help Locate my son , think it took them , less then a week and had her serve the right way .we had court yesterday and the Mediator order in my favor and mom had to return our son In my care ASAP . Now my son is back home and safe with the loving father that took care of him since he was born . I can’t thank Ms Heidi ,Salomon and Sunset investigationTeam enough the joy they help bring back in my life .joy they help bring back in my son life . P.s only reason she took our son out my care was to get government assistance .me and my son never live in California !!! Never visit California and yet she had me and child support collecting cash aid since 2023 .and government assistance , to continue her lie she had to come here and kidnap our son *This above just awareness for the Great father out here trying their best . never stop fighting for the best for your child safe rising. Fantastic experience: I called Sunset Blvd Investigations because I was trying to figure out how to serve divorce papers to someone who was avoiding being served. Heidi called us after they did a check through their system and was very helpful. She actually reccomended we use a different service because she felt for our situation it would be more cost effective to go a different route. Yet, she still took the time to send us the information she pulled up so we can use it in building our case and helped us to understand what we need to do to move forward. We got more help from her than lawyers I've spent money to talk to. Fantastic experience: I live in Washington State and my son was having bouts of homelessness here for a couple of years. In January, he convinced a local church to purchase him an Amtrak ticket to Los Angeles, but I did not discover this until later. When I did, I was two months behind his most recent known location. He could have been anywhere. This was complicated by him not wanting to rely on shelters or other resources available to homeless persons. He had been trained by me since his boyhood in how to survive in wilderness and mountainous terrain. So, his wandering could have led him anywhere. The odds of finding him were greater than finding a needle in a haystack. They were impossible odds. I knew I needed help but had never had cause to employ investigators before. After looking at various reviews of agencies in the LA area, I decided to call Sunset Boulevard Investigations. Randy answered that call and as I began to describe the situation, he put me on the speakerphone, and I was soon telling the story to the entire team. This was also when I first spoke with Heidi, who became the lead investigator on the case. They asked all the right questions and expressed confidence, despite the long odds. Over the course of the next month, they created missing posters and got them into the hands of various agencies and law enforcement from San Diego to Portland. They covered all the state transit systems and Heidi performed foot patrols in areas where we thought my son might be. At times, I despaired that I would find him. He had no phone, limited resources, and he had no maps of the wilderness areas I was concerned he may have ventured into. But Heidi and Randy remained confident, and Heidi especially went beyond the norm of just doing a job and encouraged me to keep my spirits up. She was an anchor for me. Then we had a break. He was seen in Ventura by a state park ranger who called me based on the poster. But she had not seen the poster until after her encounter with my son. Now I was one week behind him. The team focused on that area but unbeknownst to us at the time, he had headed south again. Then, another break a little later—I received a call from an Orange County sheriff deputy who had spoken with him that morning outside a state park in San Clemente. I was hours behind him. I booked flights to Orange County and headed to San Clemente to search in person. After a couple of days, I spoke to two homeless men at the San Clemente pier, and they verified they had spoken with him the previous day. An hour later, we walked out to the end of the pier and there was my son, sitting on a bench with his belongings and quietly looking out over the sea at an aircraft carrier in the distance. The reunion was emotional to say the least. Had it not been for all the work that Sunset Boulevard Investigations had done for me, I would not have found him. He would still be wandering the southland. During his journey, he had walked from Ventura to San Clemente and was robbed of his possessions through sneak theft on two occasions. Without the phone, he had no phone numbers and could think of no way of contacting family. I can never thank Sunset Boulevard Investigations enough for their feet on the ground and professionalism, not to mention the kind moral support. I highly recommend this team. Fantastic experience: Received Outstanding Internet Dating Help When I Needed it!! I plan to use Sunset to help me verify guys very early in the process going forward. Will save me time, suffering and danger. Randy and his team provided answers in less than a hour for me when I was very worried about a supposed man I was texting with on an internet dating site. When I called Sunset, Randy answered the phone and after I told him the details he first said, “Don’t waste your money—I can tell you he’s a fake.” I still wanted them to check his DL (which they figured out almost instantly was fake) and gratis, they identified the person whom he had stolen his pictures from. I am no longer alone doing this internet dating with Sunset as my backup! I feel—and am—so much safer with their help.

Fantastic experience: I was very worried about and trying to contact an individual in California. I called Sunset and, fortunately, got Randy. He was genuinely concerned and worked extraordinarily fast. In less than 2 hours, Randy was able to confirm to me that the person I was concerned about was okay to my great relief. Fantastic experience: Contacted SBI to consult to get help for a case. Unfortunately, they were not able to help due to the circumstances. But I ended up getting some GREAT advice for FREE from Steve. He knew from the start that they were not getting my business, but yet he offered some valuable advice (over the course of two days and many email exchanges) that may have saved me thousands of dollars and other potential troubles!
