Lil M. You are exactly why EVERYONE hates dealing with the public. You are clearly in a mood and your taking it out on my business. All I did was caution you and tell you the truth. You should be ashamed of yourself. You are looking for a deadbeat flooring contractor person that you know you shouldn't have hired in the first place. I say this and per your words "He worked very hard at not having company information on his invoices." I told you that I don't recommend searching for contractors when it comes to small claims unless you know they are local and own property. I then quoted you 300 dollars and you said you'd take it to your grandmother. You than needed clarification that it wasn't 300K Vs. 300 dollars. I didn't feel your lame joke deserved a response. You demanded clarification and I told you, this isn't funny and then you hung up.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Aasheesh, as it was unfortunately less than satisfactory. Initially, I accepted the job due to its local nature. However, after a few brief email exchanges, it became apparent that there were significant communication challenges;. Due to these issues, I decided to cancel the job and offered to refund the difference. I promptly communicated this via email. Aasheesh mentioned Google searches in his review, which were conducted during our initial phone conversation. However, he did not seem receptive to the insights that I gave him from other proprietary searches, which were crucial to the task at hand. There was a considerable delay in receiving his Zelle information, which took four months. Once I had the necessary details, the refund was processed within an hour. This situation reflects a misunderstanding and a breakdown in communication. I retained the new file fee, as is standard practice, and refunded the remainder. This review highlights the importance of clear professional communication and understanding in professional engagements.

Matthew. You call mid morning on a Sunday where we’re supposed to get 12” of rain over the next 12hrs and you rambled on about stories of your dad being a nomad who’s chasing the Grateful Dead. I had to cut you off and get you to the facts; he’s a nomad with no communication who’s possibly in Venice Beach or San Bernardino. (This area your father could be in Is literally the state of California wide; the beach to Nevada!) I simply told you we can not help you. So I don’t understand how that’s rude.
