Negative experience: that security.guard just sits there text.on his phone at the police.station the second shift.guard bald guard.all shift long always,texting on his phone.watching movies.on there he does not.attend to people that come in the building there,complaints about that guard.always being on his phone.watching movies.and texting.we dont want guards.always on there phone in our police station.we want them alert at all times.in the front desk.that not professional where do you hire your security officers right,out of the gutter.this we will let them know.not to be on there cell phones all the time.not attending or being nice to visitors or we get another.security company.that can do the job.

Negative experience: Just now the dumb patrol driving on freeway driving more than 80 mph and change lanes without signal and almost hit my damn car. I was so piss and gave them finger and left. It seems they are careless when they are driving in road and try to catch their plate but their patrol number is NE117. I’m going to file complaint on them first thing tomorrow morning

Negative experience: After coming across this security company doing their rounds at a local city park in the Lower Valley at the Carolina Skate park. I was very impressed when the security officers drove up in their very nice patrol vehicle. They parked directly in front of me. I was parked next to the sidewalk in front of the Recreation center but not in the REDZONE or FIRELANE. I grew up in this neighborhood for over 50 years and never had a problem and neither with EPPD with me parking directly in front of the building as long as I'm not parked in the Firelane. I had to go inside to use the restroom facilities due to being diabetic and also I am a 100% Disabled US Army Veteran with limited walking disabilities. We all know that security officers are there to show there presence and to see and report BUT NOT TO ENFORCE. ONLY POLICE OFFICERS CAN ENFORCE. And this one security officer has past her "non authority" she thinks she has. When she got off the patrol vehicle from the passenger side she was already making her faces and pointing her fingers towards me and my truck that I shouldn't be parked where I was at and I have to move my vehicle now. I ignored her and went inside to use the restroom facilities. When I came back outside there she was waiting for me to move my truck. And still she argued with me again. And I told her I am Disabled veteran with limited walking limitations. And she she goes on by telling me that she has no respect for veterans because veterans think they deserve it all. And right there I was really offended by her comment and her partner did tell her she was going to far. I told her that she was very unprofessional and needs to be retrained. Unlike her partner she was very professional and speaking to me with very much respect. And I have always had respect for security officers. But this one BAD APPLE can make them all look bad for this one company that ACT and THINK like if they are POLICE officers. And their company slogan says as follows: "Night Eyes Protective Services Inc stands as the top local security guard service in El Paso and the Southwest. Our highly reviewed services speak about our great quality, reliability, and experienced guards. We offer the best guard, patrol, and courier services to protect you and your belongings." If this true they need to take a second look and maybe review their security officers and do some retraining. Because if one is like this, in this company maybe there's more that are abusing there authority. Just had to let people know. Because I called to report this officer to her company and I spoke to a supervisor and it seemed she did not care for me reporting their officer. All she really said is that they would speak to her. And that's it.

Negative experience: This company stinks and there’s way more security companies that are way better than this one. the local circus is ran better than this place. STAY FAR AWAY!

Positive experience: I rung the doorbell 8 times during there operational hours, as well as called 6 times prior to that and some while i was in front of the door. Not very good on the sense of urgency department. However seaking to them in person is a much more pleasant interaction.

Negative experience: Working at night without electricity, no heater and at night it's fuken cold. I'm on rides so can't go I to my vehicle and have heater on as was stated. They call 10 min before needing a person to cover. Get messages stating to pick up check after 4pm. They also change pick up dates for checks. get there and it's closed. I should report them to the BBB and let them know how they treat their employer and conduct their jobs. Your supposed to let employees know change of schedule at least an or 2 hrs before even if not scheduled to back up someone. But they literally tell 10 to 5 min before. What the.......

They give people the run around on even the most basic of tasks and will certainly argue before searching to find a resolution. This company should not be in business. Poorest work ethic and most severe lack of professionalism I have ever seen.

Negative experience: Seem they they never have enough guards available when needed to cover post or relieve other guards. Companies suffer because of the lack of coverage from N.E.P. After so many years you would have thought that maybe they would have improved and made changes to the way they run things. Good job Chief & Carmen! (Sarcasm)
