Fantastic experience: Top Gun was a great, effective, and efficient training ground. They have experienced professionals that teach you updated materials and connect to it, making it a active learning experience. I enjoyed myself and learn things that changed my outlook on certain aspects of the law and how we protect ourselves and others, in not just security but also in our day by day lives.

Fantastic experience: I just completed the Level 3 armed security class. I had taken a course like this in 2016 and I must say this recent class was incredible. The instructor Byron Frank, was not only extremely qualified and well versed in his knowledge. He was engaging and easy to follow. Took the time to relate the laws and guidelines in easy to understand real world interactive scenarios. The facilities are clean and conducive for a constructive learning environment. Every person I interacted with was polite and professional. I was very impressed and plan to follow up with an addition level 4 Personal Protective Officer Course. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. 5 people told me a class would be on a particilar day, but when I showed up the instructor was a no show and canceled the class, DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY

Negative experience: I was told they would have a class on a certain day by 4 different people, I drove an hour to get to the class and then the instructor never showed up. He said because it was after a holiday he cancelled class. I will never do business with this company again

Negative experience: Stay away from this company. They're unprofessional and don't care about the officers. They change the rules to suit the company at the expense of the offices.

Fantastic experience: The two full time officers we have had in the past year have been very professional and friendly. Jason Rodriguez, our current security guard, is always early, gets the job done exceptionally well and is always willing to help us out beyond his his duty requirements.
