Negative experience: Two rude security guards, who talked about my living situation and one, that he had a place to go to when he got off work! Basically laughing a taunting my situation, this was at the accent apartments on 12/9/25 at 5:40am. I was harassed by these whose car number was top left 0130. The right #2687 NV PILB license plate 747*7A1.

Negative experience: Hired this company for security at my apartment complex, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Dispatch was unresponsive, billing was rude and constantly "miscalculated" charges in their favor, and the guards were some of the most unprofessional I've ever seen -- sleeping in their cars, taking photos while driving by without even stopping, and generally doing the bare minimum. They dress like they are SWAT cops but cant even pull off basic mall cop duties. Their K-9 teams were even worse; the dogs looked unhealthy and poorly maintained, which raised serious concerns about the company's standards and care. After escalating complaints, I was passed to a so-called "Major" who offered nothing but empty promises and was more interested in talking about religion than our issues, followed by the owner who also provided excuses instead of solutions. This is not a company I would ever trust for reliable or professional security services.

Negative experience: I can even begin to describe this company even I wouldn’t given them 0 stars most of the officers here are not friendly and in the dispatch office there’s 3 people who had an attitude when they answer the phone and tell you you’re wrong for calling there not the police and are here to respond to complaints and other situations and had the audacity to tell you there busy and it will take a while for them to arrived on site I never see them patrol our community and when I used to called they never gave me an exact time frame also to respond for a non emergency and when I called they don’t showed up and they had stopped answering my phone calls so god forbid is a real emergency I wouldn’t be contacting your company I will call the police and for noise complaints too I have to call non emery y because my phone number doesn’t go trough but most of the reviews are correct the dispatchers are very rude to the people who called for their services They seemed annoy or inconvenient by us if the opener ever gets to see this post remember we are on a recorded line or that’s what said?

Negative experience: both sales associates and supervisor have the ugliest attitudes ever. Both women were very unprofessional from the very beginning, would not allow me to speak, would not give any name to who i was speaking to but wanted my name. I asked to speak to agency manager and received call from a supervisor which was not what i asked for. I tried to file a complaint and they refused.

Negative experience: I've worked here for over 4 years. Their turn over rate is well above 90% and they DO NOT provide training like they have advertised. Their "vetted and trained officers" are non existent. I implore you to ask any existing officer what certifications or training they received from the company. They will say none. All reviews that are remotely positive are from prior employees who have been with the company for less than a year and have received promotions for positions they do not deserve in the slightest. This company is very money hungry and DOES NOT care about employee safety. They constantly ask untrained officers to do things that are extremely dangerous and DO NOT have any policies in place that protect anybody working for the company. They drive around with k9 dogs in vehicle that are COMPLETELY UNEQUIPPED to support an animal in this hot weather and they do not support the animals with proper kennels to protect them. They also do not provide any type of equipment to any officer, you must pay for EVERYTHING yourself which will equate to thousands of dollars just for you to work here. They have not fulfilled most of their contracts by putting NON TRAINED EST officers on contracts that call specifically for trained officers, or simply not completing duties on properties just because another contract pays them more. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY to work for your property. The company is a complete joke and they constantly lie to officers about everything that could seem positive for their career. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Negative experience: If you go work at this place you will be making the biggest mistake of your life. Jonathan Alvarez cares. He acts like a cop he drives a unmarked unit. Remember you guys are not cops your security. Be very careful if you get hired make sure you have your own lawyers in case you have to go to court for something that they ordered you to go do they won't have your back

Negative experience: This company patrols my apartment complex and when I say I have never dealt with a company that employees talks to you horribly the way they’re guards will talk to you . My car has been vandalized twice and they have never shown up to take a report ! I have made complaints to my leasing office and hopefully they get rid of them ! They are never on property doing what they are suppose to do . Guards walk property smoking vape and playing music on phone late at night! So disrespectful to residents

Fantastic experience: Anyone else notice how almost all of the 5star reviews are from their own employees? Something smells there. I hope I'm wrong, but when I see they're utilizing Fox 5 news to solicit donor funds for much deserving K-9s to be properly protected by ballistic vests, I wonder if this company will provide proof that funds donated for the dogs are actually purchasing these vests? Also noted, nearly all 1 star reviews are by individuals living in communities residing in areas under this company's patrol. Donors please help these K-9s. Also demand proof that your donation is being properly spent accordingly.

Fantastic experience: I would have to give these guys 5 stars. I live in a very crime-ridden, homeless area, and these guys have cleaned it up 10 fold. Mind you, they aren't superheros and don't have magical powers, meaning they can't control everyone and be everywhere at once, but they are very active and very dutiful on site. I like that they are armed and aren't afraid to use force because sometimes, most times, force is necessary. They are a brave and confident team. Thank you for being in my neighborhood.

Negative experience: Their response time is horrible, and upon arrival their patrol officer was very hostile. It took several attempts to brake off the encounter during which he said I should call the police for this situation. The security officer being hostile and armed, I requested he leave, his name I do not know, as he refused to Identify himself, I did video the of his behavior.

Negative experience: Just know if they “watch” your community they will happily let homeless people live and sleep on your sidewalk….. been calling about the same homeless tweaker for over a month and he still has not been trespassed from the property…. Just lovely

Fantastic experience: We stayed at The Strat Casino Hotel and Resort this past weekend. All of their security personnel were professional and helpful. Keep up the good work.

Negative experience: I have never seen such a unprofessional and inadequate security company. They constantly ghost the property I live on the tides on indios. My vehicle was broken into 3 times and my girlfriend car they stole the plates. There is homeless always in trash areas and sleeping in the kids play area. If the guards do show up all they do is drive through taking pictures as they drive.

Negative experience: Garbage security & a garbage dispatcher who cant handle his job. The dispatcher said he had multiple calls coming in could I hurry and tell him what’s going on (as I was speaking to inform him of the situation). Look buddy, stay home you’re not that needed with that attitude.

Negative experience: Sad that you people would stoop so low as to lie on tow stickers in order to steal vehicles from Vietnam veterans. Your cute chalk lines don't change the fact that the vehicle is working just fine cause I can just drive over them. The few instances our apartment complex did have a serious issue, y'all were nowhere to be found. This "security" company is more interested in stealing vehicles from poor residents than being there to protect them.

Negative experience: Incredibly unprofessional. They “patrol” the apartment complex that I use to live in. Today that complex had a major fire. There are multiple reports of these “rent a cops” harassing and being extremely rude to tenants who just lost everything. Do better. You have no legal authority nor do you have the compassion or empathy to be working in the eye of the public.

Positive experience: Need to do more walking

Negative experience: Probably one of the worst security operations out there. Takes over a hour for someone to show up, then when they do they refuse to do anything. Say they will write up a report but then find out they don't from the apartment complex. Unprofessional all the way around.

Positive experience: This is the security company that is associated with my apartment complex. I have to say that every time I've called them, they have been very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate that. They've never been dismissive of my complaints. I do my best not to call unless it's important. That being said, I'm not sure if they're spread too thin or what. We need more presence late at night. I get that I don't live in the best area. This was my fault as when I moved, I wasn't familiar with Las Vegas. But during the wee hours of the morning, it's clear that people who don't live here are hanging out. At 3 am people shouldn't be just hanging out. I'm lucky that my neighbors know me and they watch out for me. We actually all try and watch out for each other. But as a single female, despite being in a gated community, I don't feel safe. If there was more of a presence, I think these non-residents wouldn't feel as comfortable just hanging out. So while I think the people I've spoken to have been extremely nice, I wish they'd patrol the complex more.

Negative experience: Based on the way you drive I wouldn’t want these people anywhere near me or your insurance will go up. Car 0109 almost hit me and the concrete wall on i15 just to catch up to 3 others all going the speed limit in passing lanes.

Negative experience: Don’t bother hiring them.. they picked up my apartment complex contract and frankly as a residence I’ve called Dispatch about people breaking in actively, Or to have them patrol the area do to undesirables. And honestly I try to give their officers the courtesy of heads up of any danger potential weapons, as someone who’s work security on the strip for at 12 years I know how important some that information can be but frankly the dispatcher Doesnt Care and cut me off when I’m trying to give details of the suspects. Frankly they’re just there for show once they have a Contract with the company they barely even respond to the area anymore,

Negative experience: I live at one of the Apartment Complexes in Las Vegas for which Protective Force International is supposed 24/7 armed security. Unfortunately, I have witnessed a Protective Force Patrol Car only 3 times on premise during daytime when Metro Police was present. When I recently called their dispatch for help with an issue, their most unhelpful dispatcher carelessly told me to call “maintenance” and shrewdly hang up on me.

Fantastic experience: Elite security company that provides outstanding services for the Las Vegas Community. All PFI officers are fully equipped and properly trained to help our city. I'm honored to be a member of this fine tuned security team.

Negative experience: I’ve paid 75 dollars for a drug test. They are not answering my phone calls or calling me back. I know I passed because I do not take any narcotics or drink. They literally rob me of my money. Definitely not recommend!!

Fantastic experience: As someone whose been prior Military & LEO, this company is very solid. They actually take care of their employees & help when they can. Pay is higher than your standard minimum wage in town. Uniforms are a nice color & they have sites all over the Las Vegas Valley. I’m just seriously impressed with the organization & attention to detail this company has. It’s solid & laid back as long as you do what your supposed to do. Come on time, be squared away looks wise & do what you need to. As long as you do those things, your gonna enjoy the company. Leadership is solid & no one has rubbed me off the wrong way this company is 7 out of 5 stars for me! I’ll be back later on to review if everything still holds true but to my good feeling, it will be if not better.

Fantastic experience: We use PFI for security purposes for our Youth Program we run on Friday Nights. They will be the ONLY security team we will be hiring. They have grown with us from our 1st location, 2nd location and on to our 3rd location! Our students LOVE getting to know our officers for the night and they are so helpful with our parents too. Unfortunately we have to be closed during this COVID-19 Pandemic. This virus hasn't only affected our community, but the entire world! The owners are caring individuals and they have our backs! We are forever grateful that we stumbled across their services and will recommend them highly to anyone seeking professional security needs. Their officers bring a personal aspect as well, they aren't robots and they are ALL genuinely wonderful people. When they show up, they show up for protection and comfort. It makes our parents feel better knowing that our youth program has security so they can enjoy a date night! Thank you guys for all that you do and working with us to make our community a better/safer place!! You ALL are rock stars!
