Negative experience: This is a horrible place to do business. I bought a camera from them and it didn't work or connect to my WiFi like it was supposed to. I called for assistance and they couldn't help me over the phone. They told me to bring it back. When I brought it back, they couldn't get it to work either at first. Then she was able to connect to the camera but it was not connected to the WiFi at the shop, it was connected to Verizon. So, I asked to return it because it wasn't operational as advertised. She refused to refund my money. Don't buy anything from here.

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing experience with Natalia. I walked in feeling some type of way and she quickly turned things around. If you simply want to experience great customer service because you haven't had it in a while stop by Spy Central on Hwy 6 N and ask for this young lady. She went above and beyond her call of duty. I did not ask for anything special she just served it up. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and polite, and she has manners! I had to let her know that I hadn't had great in-person customer service in a long time. Natalia was my "Day Maker"! Even if you have to drive a ways the customer service is worth it. Once again Natalia did not disappoint! I walked in with a problem and left with a solution. She is serving up some of the best customer service in town. For the latest gadgets in spyware this is your spot! For some of the best customer service in town this too is your spot!

Negative experience: Horrible. You've been warned. Just use Amazon. + it says they're open until 5:00. 3:30 is more accurate. I would suggest getting there before lunchtime.

Fantastic experience: So the people here are so knowledgeable and friendly. Great suggestions on how to protect yourself legally and the working knowledge of the products is great. I was really impressed with this particular item that not only has a bluetooth capability to jam music with, but has 1080 hd wifi spy cam. Plus it can charge your phone by simply laying your phone on top of it. Lots of cool stuff to check out.

Fantastic experience: This is a great store not only do they have nanny cams, but they have magic items to help you become a professional magician. It’s pretty impressive with everything they have inside. I’ve never been in a spy store before and the items they have are truly top of the line. I went in today for a nanny cam for my house and they had exactly what I was searching for. The associate who helped me is name Olivia. Olivia you are a blessing. She is so kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable when it comes to setting these things up. The nanny cam she helped me pick out is great! The color quality is fantastic and it’s easy to make out the images very very clear. I definitely will be back in the future for any nanny cams If I may need one again. I do hope you guys expand in to more stores over by the galleria and Bellaire area y’all have true potential to build more business & clientele in those areas & in a bigger location you can sell more spy or nanny cam supplies. Negative experience: The product I purchased on 11/21/19 did not work and they would not refund my money when I tried to return the next day 11/22/19. Will not purchase ANYTHING ELSE from them! Having to call the customer service for the product to get any results. Definitely will not reccomend the store!

Negative experience: They have a sign which reads, “Be nice or leave.” Good advice they don’t follow. The lady seemed bothered by my questions and did not want to help. When I finally made a decision I was informed I could not bring the camera back if it didn’t perform well. They only do in store credit for malfunctions, which is a good sign they sell poor quality products. Rude and they don’t stand behind their products. The stuff looks cool, hope you have better luck if you decide to go. Oh, and all their stuff is available much cheaper online. Just sayin... Your response is not accurate, nor was that marketing person in your store when I was. You’ve received an accurate score from me and honest feedback. I encourage you to make it a teachable moment or ignore it. Berating your customers online further illustrates my point of how rudely I was treated in your store. I’ll send a friend to shop you again and see how you do. Try a smile :) Have a great weekend! You sure could use it. Lol

Positive experience: I always feel watched when I walk around in here. Neat stuff, but the shop that used to be downtown seemed less flashy and gave the impression that their tools/electronics were useful and not just overpriced novelties. Get the keychain lockpicks in stock, I didn't see them on your website.

Negative experience: Store would not admit their mistake after selling me the wrong camera and refused to give me a full refund. I went to this store thinking i could get better service in person instead of Online, I described the camera i needed and was assured the camera they sold me would do what i needed. When it came time to use the camera, it was not as described and did not have the capabilities that i asked for. Went back to the store to return the item, but Keely refused to admit her mistake and did not even know how the camera worked when i asked her to demonstrate its functionalities. I gave her my information to have the owner contact me, but was never contacted. I Should have know from the other negative ratings that you guys do not admit to wrongdoings. Every negative you get, you blame the customer, Never admit wrong doing to keep your money right.
