Fantastic experience: I’ve hired Mr Thomas on multiple occasions. His professionalism and attention to detail is unrivaled. It took this man one afternoon to do what had taken the police months to do, with better results. Every attorney in town uses Steve for a reason. He’s the best.

Negative experience: I hired Steve many years ago for an investigation on my adulterous wife. I am not a fan of her but she is the mother of my children. Steve and his guys were not at all evasive. She always knew when they were watching her, etc. Fast forward many years. My ex-wife and I are fine, we are on good terms. I don't want anything bad for her as that affects my children. She sends me screen shots where Steve is blasting her openly on facebook and he is not at all being honest. He was making up things in an already scandalous situation and he was being completely vulgar to her. I hired him for a discrete and confidential investigation, not so that he would publish the details of my marriage on facebook. My ex-wife, her current husband, and lawyer are all up in arms. This is causing me and my children issues and this is not the way to run an investigation. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and how it continues to eat away at my pocket as now it has her attorney phoning my attorney for information etc to help her go after him for this ridiculous lack of discretion and professionalism where he says very intrusive and untrue things to her. Hiring this agency was the worst mistake of my life second to marrying this woman.
