Fantastic experience: We were in a situation where it appeared our tenants were smoking and possibly manufacturing methamphetamine. We engaged Rod to accompany us, for safety reasons, on an inspection and to remove items owned by us in the house so they could be tested. The items would have needed to be tested by a separate agency and en-route contamination was an issue. Finding Rod was extremely fortuitous. He was able to give us a degree of comfort in terms of entering and being on the property while the tenants were there. He was able to test and give results almost immediately after leaving the property. Rod was calm, collected, very easy to work with and my stress levels decreased substantially when he became involved. The combination of PI and meth tester is extremely useful for anyone dealing with tenants doing meth. I highly recommend him.
