Fantastic experience: We were hesitant to employ a Private Investigator due to the intimate and private nature of the enquiry. When we were dealt the final blow, we felt it was time. We were being harassed and stalked on social media with no end in sight. She was cruel, unkind and intent on destroying our family unit. Negative experience: Rude and condescending on the phone. Charges way too much compared to other document servers in the region. If I wanted to be treated like dirt on the phone I'd call the people who are stalking me instead. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for document serving.

Fantastic experience: After several years back and forth lawyers trying to get a dissolution of marriage sorted and with not knowing where my estranged wife lived. Fantastic experience: What can I say or where can I begin? I contacted Wellington investigation a couple of weeks ago trying to locate someone who had stolen from me, our business, students, friends, families and banks, this person was in the wind. We had word that this conman had Left for NZ( I presumed Wellington). When I contacted Reon on a miserable Sunday night I had little or no expectation, but that changed as soon as Reon from Wellington investigation contacted me back almost immediately, I was comforted, listened to and assured that they would do everything possible to help me, this even after me sending a snarky email afterwards, it was just Pure professionalism from the very beginning. I can't truly put into words What Reon and the team Did for me, but to say I'm forever in their debt for the considerate and generous way they handled me, my case but most importantly my wellbeing and faith in people again. Met my biological father for the first time last week and it was great. A lot to catch up on! Lisa was efficient and communicated well and got the job done for a reasonable fee. Highly recommended

Jamie, my document server, was extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. It wasn't a pleasant document serving but he was very professional and managed to convince the soon-to-be-ex-husband to sign the documents. Jamie is very conscientious and never gives up, he doesn't want to let you down. He makes sure the paper work for the Courthouse is completed correctly which makes the whole process trouble free. Negative experience: Shocking experience, would never recommend them, plus the non professional manner from Reon openly sending an incorrect email about me being pushy which was meant for his staff eyes..I paid near $500 dollars and he delivered only on one item out of three!! I paid for a service that was a total rip off!

Fantastic experience: I have used Reon and the team at Wellington Investigations on a number of occasions and will continue to do so. I work in a similar industry and often require assistance in the Wellington region with tracing persons, surveillance and serving of legal documents. Wellington Investigations carries out work to a very high standard and undertake all tasks without delay. I used other investigators in the Wellington area previously and found that because they were all large companies, there was a significant delay in work being carried out and we paid twice as much to cover the large companies overheads. I will continue to refer Reon and his team to anyone in need of a reliable, affordable and professional investigator.
