His credentials seemed to be the best fit, so I contacted him from overseas, out of the blue. He responded within one working day and asked for more details, which I provided. Once we had signed off, he produced half a dozen totally relevant leads with contact details, all within less than a week. I was amazed and extremely grateful. Fantastic experience: Nick is very good at his job. He was hired to serve a U.S. lawsuit on someone in New Zealand. He located the subject and served them in one day. Nick sent the most detailed investigation report possible with videos and photos for proof. Nick did this before the wire transfer even arrived in his account. Fantastic experience: I am 50 years young and I use to be quite a rebel in my younger years. This caused me to have my daughter taken out of my life 29yrs ago. Fantastic experience: I'm a South African living in SA and asked Nick to help track down someone in NZ who defrauded me of a large sum of money. He tracked the guy down within hours and knocked on his door almost 300km's away the very next day. He's been nothing but brilliant. He's empathetic, communicates well, gives honest, realistic advice and has loads of perseverance. He's firm and determined in the way he deals with those on the run, but always dignified. Fantastic experience: We completed the online inquiry form for Nick Mayer and he responded immediately to discuss our situation. We had unfortunately been the victims of a payment scam. Following up on the meagre details we had, Nick managed to track down the location of the stolen goods. He confronted the culprits in a very professional manner and despite dealing with some very unsavoury and violent characters Nick managed to successfully negotiate the return of the stolen goods. We cannot speak highly enough of Nicks professionalism, and have no hesitation recommending him for any private investigation work.

Fantastic experience: I was subject to a large investment fraud / boiler room scam and NZ private investigators (Nick) gave me the best advice out of anyone I spoke too. I was in a rough place mentally in the mist of the scam and not sure where to turn, though a google search I found NZ private investigators who were responsive, knowledgeable and supportive. NZ private investigators offered far more than any government agency did (they provided little to no help). Along with the stress of the scam he advised me on how to be proactive, helped me emotionally, advised the steps to take and was a huge part of helping me recover some of the money I lost. Fantastic experience: Recently my 18 yo son, had sold his car to a couple using a stolen cheque. Two visits to Nth Harbour police station amounted to no results due to work overload. Needless to say, we were very distraught, I decided losing the car was not an option.
