Fantastic experience: I called PDL at 9 pm on urgent service needs involving them commencing covert surveillance at a central London airport at 7 am the next day. As part of it, they also arranged for one of the partners in Spain to be at the airport to confirm that the subject had arrived. The cost was what it was, explained and presented. Fast, slick, calm and relaxed under extreme pressure.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Private Detective London to help me investigate a case related to my business. I spoke to one of the senior managers on the phone, explained my situation and I felt that I was in capable hands. They carried out the work professionally, efficiently and kept me updated on the progress of the investigation. They were good at adapting to changing circumstances in the case and gave me useful advice. The results were excellent and helped me get what I needed to resolve my problem. I will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend this company to anybody who is thinking of hiring a private investigator.

Negative experience: Asked PDL to perform desktop background checks into an individual of interest. Quoted that it would take an hour of work but asked me to prepay and transfer £600+vat for 6 hours work which we did. Hadn't produced any results after about 2 weeks. We asked for an interim report. We cross referenced the information provided and 2 essential items were wrong ! Very poor diligence and regard to detail. In the end we asked another agency to do the checks and they produced the results within 72 hours and at half the cost. At that stage PDL still had £200+vat of prepaid costs unused which they are refusing to refund. Do not use unless you want an unfinished inaccurate job doing at twice the cost of others.
