Fantastic experience: My wife was very recently on a business trip to London, and although British nationals, we currently live in Germany. A situation arose that was incredibly sensitive and distressing for my wife when in The City, and needed a rapid response. In addition to some unknown 'moving parts', the situation involved a police and crime report, however given the realistic nature of the Met Polices resources and priorities, it was almost certain that the time critical issue we were facing would not be addressed. Positive experience: Really 4.5 stars, my only grievance was their was a slight miscommunication on a couple of things but overall I was pleased with the end result, so thanks to Jack and co. for helping me with what I needed!

Negative experience: UK Private investigators that can't locate a UK resident, with an abundance of information on the individual. Not exactly confidence inspiring considering it's one of their advertised services.

Negative experience: I called these people to find out if they might be able to help me. My call was answered by someone called Jack. Had the phone dropped on me mid-sentence and each time I tried to phone back was put straight through to voicemail which means they ended the call on purpose. Not a great way to deal with someone contacting them for help with a sensitive matter.
