Negative experience: Dropped phone on me as I was mid-sentence and then didn’t answer call when I called back. Not a good way to deal with someone who is seeking help. Very callous. Addition to original review in response to their reply: I was on an active call, speaking with someone in your employ, when the line was disconnected as I was mid-sentence explaining my issue that I was seeking help for. I waited for a call back to see if it was perhaps an errorneous disconnection and received none so I called back a minutes later and my call was put straight through to voicemail. I received no calls back from your company until AFTER I had posted this review flagging this experience. Which I think says everything regarding why it is they were now calling me back. Then got called by either their number or no caller ID 12 times in the space of one day which at times I found pestering as I was trying to go about my day dealing with other PIs who don't drop calls on potential customers. For me this experience says enough for me to leave well alone. You are dealing with people who are seeking help for sensitive matters. You shouldn't drop the phone on them mid-sentence. Put them through to voicemail when they call again. Then pester them when they make it clear they do not wish to speak to you - I put their repeated calls either through to voicemail or ended them and they still kept calling me - because they have shared their truthful experience of dealing with your company. UPDATE 6 DEC 2025: I am loathe to write this and really do not want to believe it but ever since the day I left the review this summer I have received repeatedly calls from random mobile numbers. Sometimes multiple times a day! I have ignored it as initially did not want to believe a detective agency would do this. Even as I write this I feel sickened. When it eventually sunk in I left it alone as I have a busy life. However, today was the final straw as I got a bleeping video call from one of these weirdos! They'll do cancelled calls, ring for a fews secs then end it or wait for me to answer then immediately end the call. Each time I ring them back the calls go straight to voicemail or do not even through as they're cancelled. This is the same thing I mentioned doing to stop them pestering me so clearly retalliation. I have a phone log going back to when I made this review and when these calls started which proves this. This is not a coincidence. I am very careful with where I give out my number too. Unfortunately have had to deduce that these events are related. I don't write those words lightly but this has been going on for months now and that video call was the last straw. I don't know what weird phone list this company has put me on but you need to take me off it and leave me alone! Stop otherwise I will have no option but to report this. It is really NOT ON that a customer left an HONEST review regarding their experience with your business and this is what you do - to a woman at that. You dropped the phone on me as I was mid-sentence explaining a senstive matter. You did not call me back so I called you back a number of times. Each time, I did not get an engaged tone and the call would not go through. It is a real shame that, rather than using this as an opportunity to learn and improve your services you instead choose to harass a person who you know is seeking to resolve a sensitive issue, hence them contacting your company. I use Google in order to find reputable businesses to work with. I have a duty to be honest in what I say in the same way I would want people to be honest in the reviews I use to pick who to consider. I have every right to therefore to share what I have. If you do not like that then don't use Google reviews for marketing. Especially if you have serious issues when it comes to not only customer service but in causing serious alarm to a woman who just gave an honest review about my experience with your company. So get over it, stop sending weird calls to my phone and leave me alone.

Negative experience: Horrific experience. Avoid at all costs. Paid £1800 for some quite sensitive information to be found out. Waited 2 months and enquired where the investigation was at. Robert claimed that I had given him the wrong information. Which I had not. Waited another 2 months. Called from my phone over several times. No one picked up. Called from my friends phone and Robert answered telling me he had sent an email with all the info. I had not. 4 days go past and I receive an email with and address on it. Told Robert of my disatifaction of the service I had recieved and was met with total defiance and was claiming I gave him the wrong information and told me he was blocking my number. Did not find out half of what I paid for .Promised everything and delivered nothing. I don't believe that there is more that one person working for this detective company that person being Robert. All I received was an address which could have been found online. Considering the sensitivity of the information asked about it was handled disgustingly. Now going through a small claims court as I have given a lot of money to this man. Avoid at all costs this man is an opportunist scammer. Update- the individual Robert who is running this 'company' is now claiming that I was never a customer yet I have attached an email of our communications proving that I am a customer. Further highlighting this scammer.
