Negative experience: On website is stating clear the program Mon-Sun 8-20. I came from outside of Manchester, I have paid a parking place and the Manchester office was closed on Saturday 07/08/2021. After phone call I found that this office is closed in the weekend time. Why is nothing like this on the official website?
