Negative experience: DO NOT use this company for investigations! I instructed them on a trace, they said they completed the work and invoiced me. I paid their invoice and then never received a report. They stopped replying to emails and don’t answer the phone. I note that their invoice included a VAT charge - but they don’t show a VAT registration number, so perhaps there’s a bigger scam going on here. I dealt with someone who identifies himself as James Diver. I suggest you avoid him and Adepto.
