FRONTLINE OPERATIONS - SIA TRAINING PROVIDER

Fantastic experience: I trained with Frontline Operations over the previous week and can not recommend it enough for those seeking a career in the industry. Will is an excellent teacher, providing a level of depth in his training that encompasses both real life examples and runs through the syllabus in necessary detail. The sessions are long, but are well paced with an open form of discussion, which made sitting the tests at the end much more palletable. Compared to many other training schemes, the value on offer here is the best I've seen. It was a wholy pleasant experience as Will is very approachable, makes the sessions a good laugh, and I came away from the course feeling confident, not just in the information learned, but the real world application of the skills necessary for the role. Can't fault the training, Will or the supporting staff at all, highly recommended. Thanks for a great week and getting us all through it!

Fantastic experience: I’m doing my Level 2 Door Supervisor course with Frontline Operations and on my last day. It's a great experience from start to finish. On the first day we had Charlotte for the first aid training, and she was brilliant! Clear, supportive, and made everything easy to follow. It set the tone for the rest of the course. My main instructor, Will, was outstanding. He explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and he’s got the patience of a saint with anyone who struggles. He knows the security industry inside out and what makes his teaching even better, is that he shares his own real experiences, mistakes included, which makes it all feel real and relatable. The practical sessions can feel nerve‑racking at first, especially being on camera, but Will makes it such a relaxed environment that you quickly forget the nerves. He also appreciates punctuality, which I respect, especially coming from a military background where discipline is everything. Overall, the course was professional, practical and very enjoyable. Fantastic experience: i done my door supervision course with frontline operations ,i personally think they are the best about in liverpool if anyone wants to work doors or security,frontline operations is the one for you. the training provider is called Will he is a great provider and teacher,best about in my opinion good to have a laugh with but when it comes to learning he is switched on and very professional and learns us the information we need to know to progress in the industry.

Fantastic experience: Frontline-operations training are a fantastic provider to further your career. I wanted to for-fill my SIA Door Supervisor Badge, an came across Frontline-operations. The trainers are full of knowledge to help you pass the course and the information to help you pass your exams. The course was informative, things I didn’t even know! When you attend you are felt welcome, an you feel relaxed, which makes the course and experience worth while. Even after the course they still help you with the SIA process online, for you to gain your SIA badge. Getting to the training site is very easy located in bootle, public transport is excellent to get there, the bus drops you right outside and the train station is 5mins away. My overall opinion is that I wouldn’t go elsewhere and when I need my top up training to continue with my SIA badge, I will be coming back to frontline-operations

Fantastic experience: Your first day on a new course can be awkward - not with these lads! My first day was a First Aid course with Ronan. I’ve been on probably about 10 first aid courses, but this was by far the best. The trainer was knowledgeable in every area. Even when we were side tracked to talk about our own situations, Ronan was able to relate to it and able to professionally and medically explain what we had encountered in those situations. I’d say the best part about his training was he was able to give us scenarios that would “trigger” is to remember what the answer wound be in the exam. An example for me would be that when you begin to treat a patient who was unconscious and bleeding, the first thing you should do would be to remove any jewellery or belongings and place them next to the person head. It’s that little extra part of where to place them that led me to remember the answer to the question. Don’t get him talking on grappling though…. Extra 30 mins on top of your day if you do Our 5 day course was then with Will. Again, he made us all fee at ease from the minute we entered the training centre (remember, none of our group knew each other, so this was a massive help). It was clear Will had extensive experience in the Security sector and, just like Ronan, was able to relate to this own experiences and make the sessions memorable and enjoyable. Will also provided us with booklets which were great, come revision time, to refer to. We each received log in details for the SIA site where we would complete an online course. MY first bit of ADVICE TO ALL is to not skip the video as most of the answers to the final exam were within that module. He also gives you a log in to complete a “mock exam”. My second bit of advice is to DO THE MOCK EXAM. It clearly tells you where you are at knowledge wise. I was borderline pass (literally just over 80% on the mock exam) but was able to go away and look back into the delegate packs Will supplied me on day one and read over where I was going wrong. The practical sessions were a laugh too. There always going to be one or two with stage fright in those sessions and Will was able to work out who that was an make things so much easier for them environment wise. I look forward to rejoining Will in the training facility soon and furthering my qualification by doing the CCTV security module and getting a qualification for that too. In reflection, I was a bit gutted to be coming away having finished the course. I met a good group of lads and good training team and we all had a great week of laughs while furthering our career opportunities by gaining a qualification. Gets my high reccomendation. Now having spent another week here training for my SIA card I can honestly say it has been a great week, Will the trainer /director was superb, his approach to the training and explaining what's required was second to none, he is knowledgeable about the subject matter and presents it in such a way that makes it easy to digest and understand, he presented the course with wit and humour and has the patience of a man way beyond his years(he needed it to). I would highly reccomend his training company to anyone, I pleased and happy to be associated with place and I will continue to fly flag for this place in the future, hats off to Will who has more than earned my admiration and respect.
