Negative experience: Sadly a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience. On the initial call provided so many reassurances for finding an individual and after insisting to clear all payment, I was provided with a report without any guarantee of location despite initially advising that they can offer to go to the location to confirm. After using that address for recorded delivery (as would a small claim would) this was returned to sender. When recontacted, all I received was an abrupt rude conversation basically saying that it's my problem and that they never suggested such a service. Sadly I can't recommend such a service to any family or friends!

Negative experience: Stop it! I've never been there, though I drive past almost daily. Do you pester everybody who does so? Can't you fine-tune your algorithm to recognise the response "I haven't been there"? After all, you programmed it to offer that optional response.
