Fantastic experience: What a difference a day makes! After initially feeling apprehensive about talking to a PI (it does feel a bit alien to most of us), I very quickly felt relaxed and confident that I was talking to the right person. I was offered a couple of different options to get to the end result I was hoping for. I never felt under any pressure and was left to consider my options. Once I had engaged Anderson Co it was a very quick and surprisingly detailed response. I received a report that gave me what I needed and a great deal more besides. It was detailed, legitimate and most importantly accurate and verified. The follow up queries were also dealt with very quickly and in detail. Fantastic experience: I contacted Anderson and Co Track and Trace Ltd via a 3rd party Bark. Dan almost immediately made contact. We discussed my case in detail and Dan gave me his honest opinion on the case based on his experience. Straight away I got the sense that here was a man & company more interested in delivering a service as opposed to just taking your money. I needed to obtain an address so that I could process a small claims through the courts. There was a back story to this where I also wanted to acquire additional information about this person’s family as they had used a family death story to obtain £1800 from me. Dan & I decided to just trace this person to an address to ensure that I wasn’t wasting my time and money. He presented me with a very reasonable quote and said it would take 2 to 3 days for his tracer to complete the case. I received a message that same night with the full extensive report included. They had found her and had more information on her than I expected. Dan didn’t think I needed to go any further as his experience told how the story would pan out and he was right. I proceeded with the next stage against Dan’s suggestion. This next phase was again reasonably priced and Dan said I’d have it within a week. This was completed within a few days & confirmed what Dan’s experience had told him. My experience with Anderson and Co was excellent with constant contact, reassurance’s & advice. He was very polite, kind and friendly. He got to work that night. Talked me through everything and calmed my nerves. He was in constant contact with me and kept me upto date throughout the job, not matter what time of day/night. He is very professional and gets the job done. You can tell he knows what he is doing.
