Negative experience: He had suggested he could do something for a fee of $450. He then instead recommended two other people who didn't even respond and then ghosted me instead of saying he couldn't do anything. Not sure why he had to lie to me for days, but at least I didn't give him anything :) changing down to 1 star as he then called me a minute after posting this review to reprimand me for posting a review, when he couldn't call me after 3 emails asking if he still had services to use.

Negative experience: Yes, I paid for service that was not delivered. They are rude and untrustworthy. They refused to take your call and ignore any request that you make. They have not fully sent me a report for my $700 paid to locate someone. Even after I gave them sufficient leads and the vicinity of the whereabouts of the person they were supposed to locate. They could not properly relate the methods they use to try and get me the information I needed. My next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau. Totally incompetent, and lack professionalism.
