Negative experience: Paid Ontario Wide Process Servers in September 2025 to serve court documents in an Ontario Small Claims Court matter. Payment was accepted immediately. After payment, communication stopped entirely. Despite multiple follow-up emails over several months, I received no confirmation that any service attempts were made and no Affidavit of Service. Because service was not completed and the company stopped responding, this created a serious risk to my court deadlines and forced me to spend significant additional time and effort to prevent my case from being prejudiced. Accepting payment and then disappearing without performing the service or communicating is not just poor service — it directly interferes with a client’s legal obligations.

Negative experience: I do not understand this company. Feels like a scam, Been waiting for an affidavit since march (more than 6 months), everytime i call they say i am going to receive it end of the day, and after that no news.I am thinking about filing a complaint and do not understand why they have a 4.4 score on google since it seems i am not the only one experiencing this.

Negative experience: We hired Ontario Wide Process Servers to complete a time-sensitive personal service required for a court-ordered questioning in Mississauga. Unfortunately, our experience has been slow, unclear, and placed the legal timeline at risk. Most communication was handled by Marina, who consistently provided vague updates such as “on schedule,” without confirming: • the dates and times attempts were made, • the name or contact information of the assigned server, • or any proof that attempts actually occurred. When we requested standard documentation (attempt logs, timestamps, or service notes), none was provided. We also provided clear guidance to increase the likelihood of successful service, including: • the specific hours the individual is normally present (2:00–5:00 PM), • observed staff behavior patterns, • and context to assist with efficient service planning. Despite having these instructions, service attempts were not aligned with the known availability window, and we still did not receive any attempt documentation. This reflects poor case management and a lack of professional diligence in handling time-critical civil enforcement matters. With a strict court deadline approaching and no documented progress, we ultimately had to hire another process server to avoid jeopardizing the enforcement process. For individuals or businesses working under court enforcement deadlines, reliability and transparent communication are essential. Negative experience: Paid on October 1, 2025, for process serving. Despite multiple written promises, no affidavit or proof of service was ever provided. The company stopped responding to emails, texts, and calls. Unreliable and unprofessional experience — would not recommend.

Negative experience: Paid for service. Was given multiple dates by Marina that I would have the documents by and never received documents. No response to emails now it seems I am blocked by phone call possibly a scam.

Negative experience: I requested a simple quote online from Ontario Wide Process Servers, but their form forced me to upload documents as if I were placing an actual order. As a result, they sent me an invoice for services I never confirmed or authorized. After firmly disputing the charge, they canceled the invoice. Be careful and make sure you understand what you’re agreeing to before submitting your information. Very expensive $$$$

Negative experience: I DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING WITH THIS COMPANY I PAID THEM $165 PLUS TAX TO DO THE SERVICE FOR ME AND THE DIDN'T REACHED ME BACK AFTER THE THEY DONE THE SERVICE ITS BEING ALMOST A MONTH THEY SAID THEY GONNA EMAIL ME THE DOCUMENTS WHICH IS THEY DIDN'T, I CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIME AND THEY DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE SO I WANNA KNOW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS ? IM GONNA FILES A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE PLUS ITS MY MONEY THEY TOOK

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this service. I applied for divorce document service more than a month ago, and after one and a half months there has been no action. They did not serve the documents, did not follow up, and completely ignored me after taking my request. The lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable. I trusted them with an important legal matter, but they failed to do even the basic work. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Negative experience: I have exercised enough patience and will file a complaint against this company. I had faith in what they could do and believed it to be true. The papers were served in May 2025. It’s now July 2025 and I still cannot get the Affidavit. I have sent emails on 5/19, 6/27, 7/2 & today 7/3. I spoke to Adam on Monday 6/30 from my work cell because my calls are unanswered. He seems shocked I haven’t received the affidavit and said he would followup. I called yesterday and today, nobody is answering nor replying to my messages/emails. So here I am, publicly posting my experience. I paid for this service, it was NOT FREE! So the expectation is for the company to deliver as they agreed.

Negative experience: Things started out well and the service was completed. I was sent an affidavit of service with incorrectly spelled party names. Had to request a new affidavit, which was returned again with incorrectly spelled party names. I have had to follow up numerous times with no response. It’s nearing two months since service was completed and we have yet to receive a correctly sworn affidavit of service. Horrible customer service and terrible attention to detail. I do not recommend using this company for process servicing.

Negative experience: This is a scam, they take your money and never perform or respond to email. Claims emails always go to their spam. 100% a scam, stay away.

Negative experience: They sound great on the phone but in reality their slower than a snail and far to expensive. It took 4 weeks and 7 or 8 phone calls from me to get them to finally serve the papers. They request a lot of money and then take weeks to do a job they said they would do within a couple days. If your planning on using them expect to call every couple days to make sure their doing what they said their doing and to cost an arm and a leg. Edit: they called me multiple times after I left this review and started trying to argue with me about how I should change my review.

Negative experience: *SCAM ALERT. Don’t give this company a dollar of your money. I recently payed these guys 400$ and they’ve ignored my calls and emails since. All these 5 star reviews are fake. Go through more reviews and you will see a lot like mine.

Negative experience: Don't use these people. The web site looks good though. Their "offices" do not exist -- Look up their addresses in Google Street View -- they are post office boxes in UPS Stores and such. They do not reply to emails, do not answer the phone, and you cannot leave a voicemail.

Negative experience: This company is nothing but a scam with a fancy web page - check their reviews on their other offices - and you will see that they will take your money and then ignore you. Happened to me too with the Toronto office. The positive reviews here are probably all fakes made up within the last 6 months.

Fantastic experience: This was my first use of a process server. I needed self-prepared Family Court documents to be served on the Respondent at his workplace ASAP. Ontario Wide did an excellent job and for a reasonable price. The only comments I would make are to get a detailed quote before using the service and to be aware that the advertisement of 24/7 hours of operation is not 100% accurate - they apparently do not provide service Sunday afternoon & evening and I wasted some time trying to call and email during that time period.

The ability to understand the difference between to people and deliver on his assurance of serve is impeccable. For individuals who are not able to communicate for restraining orders or otherwise, I would highly recommend this firm along with Adam to be your process server. He is a “mediator amongst the paper work war” so to speak. The firm will help navigate you through the whole process and will communicate with you in finite detail. Their accuracy and precision has the level of “military desire for completion” I will surely be contacting this firm, if service is ever needed again.
