Negative experience: I delt with two agents from the professionals Alex sorted out a house sale, he stood over me and tried to unlawfully evict me during the rental crisis to ensure his sale but was cought out due to their knowledge of housing law, The second worker was a rental agent Shari, who is currently trying to black list me for a roof leak that was not repaired by them causing damage to 50% of the house and producing dangerous mould in the bathroom, the rent went up from 300 to now 560 but the render is falling off the walls due to the massive amount of waterlogging. Be sure they did not inform their Easter states investor of the water damage before purchase or the massive 2m deep septic tank in the back lawn area with a broken lid I discovered and fenced off

Negative experience: Never even consider using them to handle a rental application. They handle fraud and allow renters to cover the whole cost of requests for repairs made to the property. They allowed us to pay more than $kk in a year to get things out of the property without the tenant's consent. Even the owner decides how they want to renovate their property, and the tenant covers the cost. What a horrible company.

Negative experience: Money grabbers and liars. They took all our bond and MORE (for maintenance and "cleaning") when the owners sold and when we inspected the house AFTER it was sold hardly anything was fixed or replaced.

I have had my rental with Proffessionals for a number of years and when Kelly came on as property manager I was amazed and delighted to say the least. Kelly has been one of the best I have dealt with so far. Kelly was prompt in taking and responding to my calls, she listened and understood my frustrations with suppliers charging for work not satisfactorily done. Kelly followed up on any issues that either myself or my tenant had and I was always kept informed so no surprises when my invoices came through.she even managed to get me some refunds Professionals are very lucky to have someone like Kelly on the team. Definitely making their way back to being a company you can put your trust in.

Positive experience: Rented through Professionals for 18 months and was managed by Kelly McPherson and her assistant. Fast responding and clear communication, Kelly would go out of her way to assist with any of our claims and keep us updated; even when she was out of office. Not 5/5 stars only due to the difficulty of the landlord, and their disregard for the welfare of their tenants. Our landlord wouldn't respond to queries throughout the lease, took a long time to approve of maintenance (to a point where i would fix and pay for it out of pocket) and still managed to make our end of lease payment roughly $1000 for general maintenance. We moved into a unit with broken taps, shower heads, blown lights, leaky aircons and had cleaners come in AFTER we had already moved into the property. We are upset how much money we had to pay for a unit we moved into that was in poor condition to begin with. In addition, the landlord decided it was appropriate to take my UE Boom speaker home with them and not hand it back to the real estate agents or myself when we left it in the unit during our cleanout of the house. Kelly had to request they give it back, and only did it when I reported it as missing to the police. They decided to leave the rest of our cleaning equipment and only took the expensive electronic with them. Disregarding my personal grievances with the landlord, Kelly and the professionals team lived up to the name of their company. I appreciate all the work you have done for us and all the battles fought on our behalf.

Negative experience: Had an appraisal done by Rebecca Kantor who was very late, sends an appraisal which was very low the day before she was meant to come without actually seeing the property then asked if we still wanted her to come. On the day of the appraisal when she finally showed up said things like size and location don't make a difference to value. Valued it way to low. We had 3 more appraisals from other real estate agents in the area who all valued it $50-$60 000 higher. Don't be fooled or ripped off by someone after a quick sale who still get their commission after being sold.

Negative experience: I pulled into the real estate Carpark to find somewhere to park i was coming in to see who was looking after a property i was looking at buying there was at the time 2 cars parked in the bays plenty of room left in the Carpark I was rudley told off by one of the real estate woman saying "you cant park here" whilst she had a dirty cigarette hanging out of her mouth smoking out the front of the real estate office I didn't end up buying the property due to the unprofessional way I was attacked 5 star had lost a sale that day from myself and my husband I have been told by many others that the woman in the office there they quite often attack people and potential buyers like myself and my husband over parking in the real estate car park there is no need for them to go out of there way to ruin people's day over a parking spot it's quite horrible it's left my husband and I feeling horrified Hopefully this review will change the way they treat potential clients I will not go there again It would be nice not see the lady's smoking out the front of the building it's not a nice look it's not nice being covered in dirty cigarette whilst being told off Not a nice experience at all

Negative experience: A brief but disappointing experience with a very unprofessional company. I would not want to be renting from them or have my property looked after my such incompetent staff. I went to view a property. A unit located at 4 Broadway, Bassendean. Before coming I called to ensure it was on. It was a nightmare getting through to someone. When I spoke to a receptionist, she seemed absolutely clueless and like I was causing her a hassle. I arrived 10 minutes early for the inspection. Jonh-Paul Ballantyne was showing the property and arrived late, he looked awful, a sweaty mess in a T-shirt. When I saw the property I said this is not what was listed. It was a bottom floor apartment and the ad had a balcony. When I questioned this he denied it and then I showed him the pictures on my phone and he just grabbed my phone of me to look through the ad. Such a waste of my time. Mis advertising, he blamed it on the owner of the second unit and said it was pictures the owner had sent. Surely you can’t be that incompetent. Jsut admit the mistake and say sorry. I cancelled plans to make this viewing so I’m extremely frustrated.

Fantastic experience: Buying a house without actually inspecting it yourself can be a tad stressful (we were filled with doubts), but because Rebecca was so quick to investigate and answer all our queries, we were very quickly put at ease and now feel 100% confident about our investment. It will be at lease 8 or 9 months before we finally get to see 'up-close-and-personal' exactly what we bought, but I have no doubts at all now, and especially when I look at other similar properties in the area. Positive experience: Renting: some initial issues setting up in a new place, eventually all sorted. Agency made genuine efforts to rectify issues. As per any rental agency, keep lots of records for yourself, the owner, and the agency. Office location is extremely handy - right in Midland.

Negative experience: Purchased a property that was from a friend of one of the agents who praised the guy's maintenance and building abilities so we trusted her straight up and let down our guard. Big mistake, was the most botched up property with major illegal wiring, plumbing and structural issues that could only be found out after multiple showers that cause sewage to come back up, sleeping in the bedrrom and waking up to midgies, bugs and cockroaches crawing and buzzing around from the shower with no "S" bend, and an electrician hired to put in a powerpoint discovering tonnes of illegal wiring and spending thousands on rewiring the entire house. Lets not forget the fact the agent was friends with the seller which we have no doubt knew of all the cover ups. Yes, we had 2 engineered reports ourselves and one from the owner and neither picked up on the botched up plumbing ($10,000 in repair), electrical faults, sewage pipes broken and just jammed together, swimming pool cracks and leaks (some lying excuse about saving water and chemicals to leave the pool green so we didnt see the damage), dodgy gas plumbing and to top it off we even had to have Western Power (at our cost) come relocate the main feed to the house as it was left on a temporay bracket which is highly illegal. Clap, clap for the acting, you really got us a beauty!

Negative experience: Terrible real estate agent. These guys are as far from professional as you can get. These guys should be your last resort if you are thinking of using a real estate agency in Midland. As an update I had to resort to the courts to get my bond back. This agency forgot to turn up to one hearing, turned up unprepared three other times and were replaced as property managers by the owners.

Fantastic experience: Good if selling homes or rentals

Negative experience: The worst real estate agents, thieving bonds. Giving the same CPR report to tenants that are years out of date and with previous tenants details on, which would be a breach of data protection. Don’t deal them and avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend using Tracey when it comes to selling your property in the Swan Valley area. She has a young fresh approach to marketing and negotiating deals for home owners.

Negative experience: Never had such bad experience from any other real estate agents. Insisted to pay the water bill which already been paid. No proper accounts maintained. Poor administration. Didn't keep the promise when vacated. The name professional, is too far for them!

Negative experience: My elderly mother had recently had her house listed for sale with this agency, and I am absolutely appalled at the service and treatment she received. The agent used pressuring tactics to force her to sell her house to a low ball offer, and made no attempt to get a better deal for her, simply because he wanted an easy sale. He emphasised potential negatives about the property to potential buyers, was lazy during home opens. When asked, the agent was unclear about the date of expiry of the contract which she had signed, and when told that she wasn't renewing, she again used pressuring tactics to get her to resign, and displayed aggression in his messages to her. She then received a bill of close to $1200 for advertising costs - most of which we aren't even sure if they were actually done. If I had known sooner about that way my mother was treated, and had seen the text messages the agent sent her pressuring her to sell at a low ball offer, I would have intervened much sooner! When I asked to speak with the director to make a formal complaint, she was not available, and did not return my call. I am in the process of making a complaint to REIWA about the agent in question, and in the meantime, my advice would be to avoid this agency.
