We have never met them in person or never knew where they were. Yet through telephone conversations and emails alone we got the things done quite professionally and tactfully. In the middle of the process our situation changed and some of the agreed work had to be cancelled. At this point they showed a great level of understanding and promptly returned a $1000 deposit we had kept with them. Our experience with them was quite satisfying and helpful.
